Pat Fischer | Principal/Outside Sales
Pat specializes in beverage systems and bar design, as well as dealer and consultant relations. After receiving his B.S. from Grand Valley State University in 1976, Pat began working in the beverage industry in 1977 and soon became a self-taught beer system engineer. In 1988 Pat Fischer & Associates was established when he became the representative for the Perlick Corporation. In 2006 the name would change to the PFA Group, and ultimately became Premier Marketing Group in 2011 when Pat merged with Peter Belanger combining bar/beverage equipment with foodservice equipment. Pat served on the MAFSI Board of Directors for six years and is a CPMR (2002). Pat has worked on large projects throughout the country including Lambeau Field (Green Bay, WI), Bank of America Stadium-Home of the Carolina Panthers (Charlotte, NC) and Madison Square Garden (New York, NY).

John Molhoek | Principal/Outside Sales
John specializes in strategic planning, business development, account management, and customer service. He joined Premier Marketing Group in 2015 when GMD Foodservice Marketing merged with Premier Marketing Group. John started in the Foodservice business in 1998 when he purchased Western Michigan Distributors, a distributor of foodservice equipment. Prior to that John worked for a sales and engineering firm in the automotive industry. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Marketing.

Andrew Smith | Executive Chef/Director of End User Relations
Andrew is our Corporate Chef and Director of End User Relations, focusing on demos and developing relationships with clients to source the right equipment to ensure success in their operations. Andrew works from start to finish with clients: evaluating and consulting on their needs, being there at install as well as training staff in the use and maintenance to deliver not only superior products but exceptional service. Andrew has been a Chef for over 30 years, educated at the Baltimore International Culinary College, with experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dinning, catering and consulting.

Blake McCauley | Outside Sales Executive
Blake is an account executive calling on dealers, consultants, and end users in Eastern Michigan. Blake specializes in refrigeration. He joined Premier Marketing Group in 2015 when GMD Foodservice Marketing merged with PMG. Blake started in the Foodservice Industry in 1992 with Young Supply Company and then joined GMD Foodservice Marketing in 1999.

Patrick S. Fischer | Outside Sales Executive
Patrick specializes in bar/beverage equipment as well as dealer and consultant relations. After receiving his B.A. from the University of Colorado (2005), Patrick became a Perlick certified draft beer technician and officially joined the PFA Group in 2007. In 2015 Patrick spearheaded the opening of Premier Marketing’s Indianapolis location and was responsible for growing the Indiana market. Patrick has served on the MAFSI Board of Directors for three years and he is a Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Representative (2011).

Ian Orr | Outside Sales Executive
Ian has over 25 years in the food industry and trained in the culinary arts. Ian has worked in several key positions over the years with specific focus on research & product development, food manufacturing, culinary excellence, bar implementation, restaurant hospitality and grocery product development. His years of operations and culinary training help him understand the ins and outs of kitchen equipment and operation. Ian lives in the Indianapolis market.

Angela Marino | Project Estimator
Angela joined Premier Marketing Group 2015 when GMD Foodservice Marketing merged with PMG. Angela started in the Foodservice business in 2005 as general office help and accounts receivable at GMD. Through her general office duties, Angela found a knack for bidding projects which then became her main focus.

Mary Pindar | Inside Sales / Customer Service
Mary concentrates on quoting, project bidding and customer relations. She started in the Foodservice Industry with Pat Fischer & Associates at its establishment in 1988. She maintains her career with Premier Marketing Group (2011) as inside sales and customer service.
